SchemaSim · Türkçe
Recognize the mode in the moment, then choose the next therapeutic move.
Mode work requires the therapist to hear not only the words, but the emotional state and coping strategy behind them. SchemaSim helps learners practice mode-sensitive responses in simulated conversations.
Why mode recognition is hard in live dialogue
A client may move quickly between vulnerability, detachment, surrender, avoidance, anger, or overcompensation. Simulation lets learners slow down that process and practice matching the response to the active mode.
- Notice shifts in tone, protection, shame, anger, or collapse.
- Practice language that validates the vulnerable part without strengthening avoidance.
- Choose when to explore, soothe, set limits, or gently confront.
Building flexible responses
The goal is not to memorize a single correct phrase. It is to develop flexible clinical attention: what is happening now, what does this part need, and what response might help the therapy move forward?
Safe boundaries for practice
Use simulated mode dialogues for education only. Do not paste identifiable client material into the app.
Common questions
Which modes can I practice?
SchemaSim can support practice around vulnerable states, detached coping, compliant surrender, overcompensation, punitive language, and healthy adult responses.
Is the feedback a definitive interpretation?
No. Feedback is educational and should be reviewed with clinical judgment and supervision.
Can mode practice help beginners?
Yes. It makes abstract mode concepts more concrete by placing them inside simulated dialogue.
Education and simulation only. Not medical advice.
